"Just Dance" is just that: DANCE

Diana Ford teaches an engaging dance class that's a lot of Hip-Hop, a little Jazz Dance, a dose of African Dance and some Modern Dance for good measure. Named Best Dance Class 2006 by Cincinnati Magazine, "Just Dance" is a fun way to get your heart pumping and creative juices flowing.

Description: The class starts with a short warm-up, then it goes straight into the first routine, and continues going through each song until the class ends. Diana demonstrates everything step by step until a dance routine is created. That routine is what the class then practices until they can do the dance. In addition, these routines are repeated every week, and will occasionally change throughout the term. As the class comes to an end, we do some more stretching exercises as a "cool down". "Just Dance" is a slightly high impact cardio workout, and is suitable for most levels of dancers.
